Our Sin, His Righteousness (Pt. 2)

For our sake he made him

to be sin who knew no sin,

so that in him we might become

the righteousness of God.

2 Corinthians 5:21

…but God shows his love for us

in that while we were still sinners,

Christ died for us.

Romans 5:8

for our sins.

1 John 4:10

The love of God.

J E S U S.

He came.

He suffered.

“The love of God is greater far

I call upon the Lord,

who is worthy to be praised,

and I am saved

from my enemies.

The cords of death

the torrents of

destruction assailed me;

the cords of Sheol

entangled me;

the snares of death

confronted me.

In my distress

I called upon the Lord;

to my God I cried for help.

From his temple

he heard my voice,

and my cry to him

reached his ears.

Then the earth

reeled and rocked;

the foundations also of

the mountains trembled

and quaked,

because he was angry.

Smoke went up
